I had an appointment for hot waxing. The lady called me saying she can't make it work today, however I can cancell my appointment or rearrange an other. She said the person who was soppusted to make to me had an accident and she was apologizing like 3times but to be honest I'm afraid it is just a nice catch. I wanted to cancel my booking as I wanted my treatment to have done today, but it was no refundable. I left them a message about that (as they didn't answer to my phone call) but they never called me back again. It was 6 hours ago by now. I am really dissapointed. I called the TreatWell team and they refund my money back in the end. 👍
