Booked on treatwell for brazilian. Got asked there if I wanted brazilian or Hollywood, I said I didn't know the difference but let's do Hollywood not being informed there was cost. The beauty Salon charged me £11 on top of my already paid £28. I checked treatwell and a Hollywood was listed at the same price as a brazilian. The pamphlet in store had brazilian a and hollywood as same price but I was informed this was an 'out of date' price list. Why is this here then?
The lady that waxed me was wonderful I would have given 5 stars if not treated that way by the receptionist. The front of house staff has a lot to work on with customer service. Rude and devaluing. I am local to the area and will not be recommending or returning.
