If I could give negative rating, I certainly would give it and place a warning that it’s a rip off. This place is not run professionally and the owner Chitali Bose is the rudest ever person I have come across. I was not alone infact there were few more ladies complaining about the service and how Chitali was mouthing them on phone as she’s apparently work somewhere else and let the staff run the show here at she bang bang ! my eyelashes were ruined and the wax was running out ... having book a week in advance they surly had plenty of time to top up or back up the wax! I will never ever return to this place and hope this shuts down as soon as it’s a big scam!
