An hour facial, which was 15 mins late starting with no apology, included only 5-6 mins of actual facial massaging. The rest was loading on products. When the steamer was on, the masseuse asked if I wanted a foot-massage, I said yes please to which she then left the room for 5 mins & when returned dabbed my feet with a warm towel. I did not leave feeling relaxed. I thought i would be asked how it was after, but instead she was on her phone in the staff area & had to be prompted to say bye.

shouldve read the reviews before coming. asked for balayage left looking like I had a full head of highlights with roots left over. started way too high even though it should blend. going to have to get it fixed tomorrow. paid extra 25 for toner too. waste of 115 pounds. read reviews before you go. wont be going back.
