I came in for a wash / haircut and blow dry . I showed the pictures and was kinda skeptical about it because I’ve never had my hair done before , I came in and was welcomed very nicely by Anu who was also taking care of reception . She explained the whole process and made sure I knew what she was doing the whole way which made me feel very comfortable. In the end the haircut and blow dry looked AMAZING and looked exactly like ALL 4 of the pictures I showed . I will definitely be coming back :)

I came in for Natural/light Ashy brown balayage.... I know it is difficult to achieve this with natural (warm) brown hair. Anu was patient, very friendly, and cared about the final outcome. I paid for toner, but since the bleach was in for different lengths of time, the toner took to some parts more than others. The original result came out brassy and was not what I was hoping for, but she was happy to fix it the next day free of charge
