There was an unhappy client when I walked in so the vibe wasn't quite what I was expecting. The staff member that dealt with me was lovely and accommodating however another member of staff I felt was quite unprofessional when dealing with an upset client. The client repeatedly asked for them to stop what they were doing but they didn't. As another customer sitting there it was unnerving to watch. Not the best atmosphere, especially after the incident where the client left in a huff there was a lot comments from the member of staff. Quite unprofessional

I usually hate going to the hairdressers- I try to avoid it as much as possible but Anu has really changed my mind. Her obvious expertise and experience is matched with a sunny and enthusiastic approach to her work that makes the whole experience an thoroughly enjoyable one. She has totally resurrected my hair after a long period of neglect. I haven’t felt happy about my hair in a really long time and I can finally say that I love my hair! I’ll be back!
