I had a gel pedicure & mesotherapy I called to say I was running 10 minutes late to be rudely told I will be making the next customer late now- when I arrived my therapist was still doing another treatment which took an extra 15 minutes. the pedicure was then done in a portable pedicure machine and the polish wasn't applied neatly at all. mesotherapy- there were 2 knocks on the door during my treatment and both times the therapist left the room, the second time she left for around 10 minutes
