I had the worst experience with this salon. I spent 20 mins on the call with Naveen the receptionist and he assured me that me and my friend would be able to come in with 15-20 min between each of our massage. I went in for a massage when I came in and my friend had to wait 15 mins for hers to start. Wheb I came out of my massage I saw my friend still waiting. I asked Naveen and he said that other clients did more services.Why are they taking reservations than they are capable of fulfilling
