I had a balayage booking with anu. I clearly asked for cool toned brown hair - I ended up with ginger brown hair which is opposite of what I wanted and on top of that she tried to charge me £90 extra for the gloss and toner which did nothing to make my ashier like she said it would. I left the place in tears and would not reccomend this place again. My hair feels so damaged and looks like a joke - I have to now spend more money to get it fixed.

Not clean equipment, doubts on hygiene. But Nosh very friendly, paying attention to detail. However, both my gel manicure and normal polish pedicure were destroyed in less than four days.

What's a bit wary at 1st as I did not know what to expect, but so glad I had the treatment. Due to wearing mask, caused me to get large bumps around my nose, not only was this treatment relaxing but also reduce the bumps and marks on my face. The added bonus was the detailed advice and suggestions given. Will differently be returning again for this treatment and others recommend. It was such a wonderful 60th birthday gift and would truly recommend. Thank you so much for your outstanding service.
