Sim relieved a headache I didn’t even know I had. She made me feel very safe and secure. We were comfortably silent but she made me feel very comfortable to speak if I wanted or needed to. Being allowed as much time as I needed to lie down and leave in my own time was a really lovely addition.

Haircut/blow dry were great and with a stylist I see regularly. The manicure was decent but later I realised the top coat hadn’t been cured properly-the next day the polish had already chipped on 3 nails as a result. I was also asked to come in about an hour earlier than I had originally booked, then was made to wait for about 25-30 mins which was frustrating because I had changed my plans around. I was also charged for the take off of gel polish despite the wait and being a regular customer.
