The staff definitely need more training! I was asked to come in 30 minutes earlier than my appointment but took me in 20 minutes later. I went in for a blow dry and while he was washing my hair he got water dripping all over my back and my top was soaking wet He did try to help me dry with the blow dryer. I got hair dye on my top as well after my hair wash. It was definitely from the previous customer that sat on there. Unfortunately it was a horrible experience for me.

Unfurtunately they Burned my hair,and then convince me to cut it to cover that they mess and the haircut was the most uneven I have ever had. I need to go somewhere to fix this urgently. Plus I asked for balayage and left with my hair full blonde
