Honestly just disappointing. Hair is now way lighter than the reference photo I provided, (and I even asked if I could have it a shade darker than the photo), just looks very little like it at all. I asked it to be blended from the roots. Top, yes. When I got home, saw sides of my hairline, not blended at all. Last time I also left with hair that was way lighter despite me saying I didn’t want to change the colour. Should’ve known then, but thought a clear reference photo would help this time.
