Really disappointing, especially as I had a great experience here previously and loved my cut and bleach. Treatwell showed lots of availability so I booked, intending for my friend to book alongside me for her birthday. The slots then disappeared and the salon refused to fit her in. They told me they couldn't refund me and to contact Treatwell, only to then refuse the refund when Treatwell contacted them! Treatwell thankfully resolved it, but the salon were incredibly unhelpful throughout.
