Called ahead to ask if I could come earlier – I couldn’t but I suggested later in the day, which seemed to confuse them! So we kept the original time. They then called again to push it 10 mins later, but l missed the call and they left no voicemail, so I rushed there for no reason. Also she took off way more hair than I asked for – I just wanted a basic bikini wax

It’s ok…it was a last minute booking and was hoping for a relaxing setting but there is a lot crammed into a small space. All the staff are friendly and the treatment was alright 👍
