Average - The colour selection was large but disorganised so it was hard to compare similar colours. She asked me to rush when the colour I chose looked significantly different from the swatch, (which she agreed with), and I felt pressured to make a decision. There's a large dent in the polish on my large toe which I pointed out and was dismissed by the lady. I felt awkward and left disappointed.

I booked a Regular Blow Dry and a Kerastase Fusio Dose with Senior Stylist Pavi.
It was not worth the £111.60.
The styling products and tools used were low quality. As a result, my hair ended up looking like a basic home job.
