Very disappointed. Poor hygiene: staff entered/exited without washing hands, sink full of towels (unused), another woman barged in without knocking for the fan and took it without asking first. Lash lift results were weak - barely any curl, slightly darker only. Offered redo but only 2 extra mins, no difference. Curl will be gone in less than 5 days, vs almost 2 months last visit. Not worth the money.

The therapist was nice and friendly and she did a good job overall. It's just that I found after getting back home hair were left on some spots (on my right thigh and on my right knee). I know she asked me to verify : my legs being already quite red and fully trusting the therapist, I over looked. I will more more thourough next time at the salon
