Massage with Rita was good, relaxing and enjoyable but over to quick. The colonic hydrotherapy was good took a few goes to work for me but eventually flushed me out. Sonia is friendly and also gave advice. Had a hot tea waiting for me and I like that they don't rush you to leave, as I had to use bathroom again after session.

Gels nail manicure by Sonia today and I have to say I was not impressed at all!! She came across as rude, unhelpful and seemed so much in a rush to do them. They do not offer a basic service of removing gel nails, and they have very few nail colour options. Do not recommend and will not be returning myself.
