The lady who did my waxing was not bad. However, they charged me 26% more for no reason and when I asked clarification, she acted very rude! I insisted and wanted to know why I was charged more. She called someone over phone, gave me the phone and just barged off.
An apology would have sufficed as that could have been a mistake.
So I would never go back there.
P.S. Other staff may not be the same and could be good. But I was treated in a condescending way!

Very nice ambience, very welcoming and pleasant! I went for a shellack removal, but unfortunately the previous (different!!!) place where i got it used low quality lack, and it was super hard to take off. The lady there was very nice about it, applied the acetone twice, and tried to hurry as I was on my lunchbreak. Definitely recommend!!
