A rushed job. Shape of my nails aren't the same

Poor quality finish on nails - left rough around the edges after filing, most nails uneven and some corners missed by the shellac. No welcome from the staff or friendly chat throughout the treatment. She wasn’t prepared for my appointment (was doing her own nails as I went in and completely ignored me!) The place was very cold so she had to sort out a dodgy plug in heater. No ambience whatsoever. I would not recommend and would not go back.
