The lady who did my waxing was not bad. However, they charged me 26% more for no reason and when I asked clarification, she acted very rude! I insisted and wanted to know why I was charged more. She called someone over phone, gave me the phone and just barged off. An apology would have sufficed as that could have been a mistake. So I would never go back there. P.S. Other staff may not be the same and could be good. But I was treated in a condescending way!
