I was given a voucher to use at this spa. I rang to check it was still valid before attending my appointment. I was told it was. However when I arrived I was told they'd made a mistake and the voucher was not valid. And there was nothing they could do by way of compensation. So I would definitely NOT recommend the Roseberry Rooms. And I would definitely not call them a "spa". The outside is very dirsty and scruffy. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the inside as they would not honour the treatment voucher.
