easy central location. staff ok although when i asked if i would stay on the mailing list receptionist was like yes we,ll let you know of offers. i do feel that the offers are to giveyou a chance to do something different and i would defeniatly recomend this treament and do it again.sometimes is something is too expensive it stops me trying something for first experience. therapist was very nice chatty but not overly so it took away relaxing atmosphere.

I was very surprise as how small the place was, even though I read previous reviews and knew what to expect. I received a warm welcome from the receptionist, and didn't have to wait for long for the therapist who also was very nice, she explained the treatment and told me to relax and enjoy it. Over all it was a pleasant experience and can't wait for my two next appointments.

I had 3 sessions of lipocav which I was hoping would shift cellulite and tighten the skin. Sadly I lost no inches at all but the look of cellulite did improve. This is a strange location for a spa and it isn't particularly glamourous but it is functional and I enjoyed the experience.
The place was a bit tired and damp looking and the special bed they use didn’t work (the water that is meant to rain down on you to rinse you off was cold, so needed to be done by hand). It also was a tad dangerous as when the heater had been on, the bit overhead continued to drip, what was after this, very hot water drops on to you. I also had to be very careful when i got up each time that i did not touch the hot lamp overhead, which isn’t a easy task. So from a health and safety perspective this is not a good treatment.
However, the therapist herself was fantastic (Maria), friendly, and welcoming. I would consider going back for definitely not on that treatment bed!

this is a nice salon, and i particularly liked my therapist she was a wonderful therapist, i think her name was Maria. its an interesting treatment, body exfoliation, then they put a mask on and a infra red lamp, my skin was really smooth afterwards.
