Ok so you get there and it feels like you just strayed into some goth space. But its all calm and clean and not goth at all I promise. The staff could be a bit more smiley and engaging. But then I like to be left in peace on these sort of me-time days. My Luxury Dermalogica Facial was GORGEOUS. Early into the experience I already lost track of my thoughts - slipping in and out of consciousness. Towards the end I felt like my head had melted and become one with the earth. The steam extractions and mask sorted out a BIG worry. I walked away thoroughly pleased. Excellent value for money; no worries here of being short-changed; GO!
I had an excellent cut and finish. I would go again but it's a trek from the other side of London. I was very pleased with the result and the stylist was experienced and amusing.
Had an amazing experience! The hair stylist was lovely and made me feel like an important customer - even though I only paid £40. There is a massage chair you sit in when having your hair washed, which was amazing. Very happy with how my hair turned out! Will definitely be going back. Cannot recommend enough.

Unfortunately this was not really a pleasant experience. The treatment room looked like it needed a coat of paint and it had posters hanging off the wall with bits of blue tack. Pretty grim. The therapist was perfectly nice but obviously bored out of her mind. Soggy old wet towels were used to wipe down my legs. I wouldnt recommend this place or LipoCav which I think is a waste of time.

James cut and coloured my hair and did a great job with the colouring and an okay job with the cut. He was jolly, chatty and made me feel welcome. I liked the massage chair I sat in while my hair was being washed and overall this was treatment reasonable value for money.
