Wonderful waxing experience. The therapist doing the wax was incredibly lovely and made you feel completely at ease in her presence and throughout the wax. The receptionist was lovely and the facilities were clean!
Overall, a wonderful experience with lovely staff.
Unusual basement location but a nice peaceful layout inside. Only two therapists so had to wait for a few minutes while one finished on the phone. The therapist was very friendly and seemed very competent, putting me totally at ease. Overall I would definitely return for regular waxing. Plus they send you text messages to remind you of your appointment which was useful.

Really good value treatment. Fast & quick yet efficient, and the therapist used tweezers where wax couldn't do the job. It's nice you can use the tea tree after wax balm, as the skin is so sensitive afterwards! Great value with the 3 in 1 voucher.

I bought a course for three hot Brazilian waxes, which I thought were quite good value. In the end, it will end up being rather expensive because I will not be returning to this salon. The salon itself is adequate. However, when I arrived, I was shown into the treatment room, and expected to be left alone to get ready. The therapist stood in the room and asked me to get undressed, I indicated that I would like some privacy, but she just stood there. The wax itself was the most painful I've ever had in my life. I usually go to Strip Wax Bar, so I'm used to a very high quality and professional experience. I always considered my pain threshold to be quite high, but this was excruciating. The therapist didn't seem interest at all in my comfort. Overall, it was the most bizarre, painful waxing experience I've ever had. At the end, I expected her to leave the room for a couple of minutes while I got dressed, she just started clearing up immediately. I actually said, shall I meet you outside when I'm done, and she just said, "no, we're all done", and carried on packing up as I was getting ready. Very unprofessional, and I would avoid getting any waxing treatments done here.
