Good experience the staff were friendly and made me feel really comfortable. The venue itself was small so treatment rooms felt a bit pokey. Neither toilet had hand towels.

I ended up with a different facial after being well advised by the therapist. Was absolutely fantastic and my skin was radiant for days. High recommendable- great staff, nice but tiny venue.

I would go here again. I'm not sure if the wax was totally premium as it felt a lot sticker than the beeswax hot wax I usually get but any uncertainty about the product was more than made up for by the diligence of the therapist, who was very conscientious and pleasant without being overbearing like at some salons.
