Thought this was overpriced for the service - wax was patchy and grew back quickly. Not particularly cheap either. Wouldn't go back.

Cleanliness could improve and the photos are not reflective of the venue.
Wax was far too hot (to the extent that I was slightly burnt/irritated by it) and the beautician kept leaving to try and find another pot.

This was a great wax, nice and clean. I went during my lunch and hour and was in and out within 15 minutes.

I was greeted by all of the staff upon entering, everyone was very friendly. I spent a very relaxing hour in the capable hands of my therapist. She thoroughly cleansed, toned and moisturised my skin, the products smelt lovely. At the end of my facial my skin felt fresh and revived and I felt totally relaxed and could have very happily drifted off to sleep.
The only down side was the room that I was treated in, it looked as though it had seen better days, nothing a lick of paint couldn't sort out I'm sure.
