We always receive a warm and friendly welcome from all of the staff at rookery manor spa. The perfect place to relax and unwind from day to day stress. We visit as much as possible and highly recommend

Staff were very nice.. however as i went formthe twilight spa and ended up being the only 2 people there... felt
Like we had to leave early... they switched off the jets in the hydro pool amd had to ask them to turn it back on! But apart from that would probably go back but not for the twilight spa!
The spa staff were very professional and welcoming. Top notch.
We found some hair in our bed and we though the nosie coming through the window was very loud. The restaurant was very well decorated, however if they wanted to create a romantic atmosphere why box in all the tables together when there is So much space? We could hear all the conversations around us. The starter involving the mango was far to strong with the dressing, although the steak was perfect. It took almost 10 mins for the staff to confirm the meal was free as we had a 50 quid voucher. They initially had it down as one voucher. No apologies when we pointed out the oversight just a simple well you don't owe anything then....
As noted above we had a mix experience and give the premium pricing will not be returning in the near future
I enjoyed my experience at the spa, it is a lovely place close to home and very relaxing. A few things i wasnt happy with was we werent offered our complimentary drink, and when i went to find out about it, it took ages to be seen to. Also when i was having my massage the women kept yawning which i found off putting and took away the relaxation. Overall it was a good experience and i would go again.
