I had an appointment at 9.30 but there was a couple of walk ins aswell so they kept swapping the person doing my nails between 3 people without washing hands etc between clients...I dont think this is acceptable during this time with covid..also the bowl I had to soak my nails in was far too hot and kept burning my fingers..I told the lady this and she said it would be fine...I understand this is a busy establishment but think a little more customer service is needed plus needs to be alot more covidsecure

Emily was a lovely pleasant girl very understanding as I have a Genetic disorder an had alot to explain to her about my condition she was very gentle and helpful.. Can't wait for my next visit! 😊
