I was greeted with an unfriendly expression of one of the ladies, the other two ladies did not even acknowledge me. I was asked "what I was doing there" and when I said I came for a nail appointment, I was told to wait. I was attended 20 minutes past my reservation. I paid 30 pounds for a set of acrylic nails that turned out crooked and bulky. The ladies work in a very rushed manner trying to get as many customers as they can instead of focusing on quality and each person. Very cold atmosphere.

I didn’t see chairs or counter surfaces being cleaned between clients which was worrying. When I came in August all this was done.
