Melanie was lovely and the overall service was okay. The wax was too hot initially but she turned it down when I requested. The waxing table was a little bit dirty and she put down a paper towel for me, however there was a lot of residual wax on my legs after which I had to wash off. Overall the beauticians were nice and friendly but the waxing experience was not the best.

The beautician was super lovely and made sure I was comfortable. The wax was quite hot but she turned it down when I asked. A very clean wax on both my arms and my legs, no hair left at all. At times it was quite painful - I think this is owing to the fact that they specialise more in nails than waxing, which is understandable.

I had an appointment at 9.30 but there was a couple of walk ins aswell so they kept swapping the person doing my nails between 3 people without washing hands etc between clients...I dont think this is acceptable during this time with covid..also the bowl I had to soak my nails in was far too hot and kept burning my fingers..I told the lady this and she said it would be fine...I understand this is a busy establishment but think a little more customer service is needed plus needs to be alot more covidsecure
