I felt at ease the whole time, my nails didn't take long ( I got full set acrylics ombré) and hannah was very precise when doing my nails and made sure they were perfect.
Lovely salon ran by lovely ladies. Very welcoming, accommodating and skilled. Delighted with my nails each time I visit. Also salon is always spotlessly clean. Even before covid the hygiene levels have always been excellent
I was happy with the treatment from Megan and my lashes and brows look good. She was friendly. very skillful and careful. Communication was good when I phoned to check about patch testing. The under-eye protective patches with adhesive were a little fiddly and I am not used to the strong smell of acrylic in the salon, but otherwise I was happy with the service and would recommend to others.

I had a really lovely experience getting my acrylics done the other day. They were shaped beautifully and all match up really well. The acrylic was placed very evenly and though I went for no polish I was still offered top coat and cuticle oil too. I'd definitely recommend!!
Hated it! I had an appointment with Emily! They gave me someone else a trainee fine we all gotta learn somewhere but they never even asked me first! the trainee did my nails all bent and bumpy when I am on universal credit so it took me weeks to save that money! £38 for bumpy squint nails my carers went in they offered to fix them I was so angry so there was no way I was going to go back in! Then they gave me £5 back! Just £5 when I saved weeks for them! I don’t have money to get them removed!
