I had originally booked in online, but someone else had booked the same time online. I was called in the morning asking to push my time back, which I didn't mind at all, but I had a different stylist, Jason. Jason was fantastic. I showed him the style I was interested in and he gave me great advice for my hair. I was made to feel comfortable, and had some great, and funny chats with Jason. I'm loving my new style and would definitely book back in with Jason. Thank you! 🤎

I was appalled at the customer service I received at the salon. Having booked and prepaid using an app Sarah who I assumed was in charge shrugged her shoulders and denied all knowledge, insisting that I pay again for the appointment. Will not return!
