I was appalled at the customer service I received at the salon. Having booked and prepaid using an app Sarah who I assumed was in charge shrugged her shoulders and denied all knowledge, insisting that I pay again for the appointment. Will not return!

unfortunately had to pay an extra £58 at the salon which wasn’t advertised. i brought the gift for a friend and was horrified to find out she had to pay more at the salon. i won’t use treatwell again as it was embarrassing
