Highly frustrated and quite disappointed, I was given a Treatwell voucher for my birthday. Saw Reecey Roos and checked them out on insta I was impress and loved what I saw on their page. I booked art work in gel/acrylic assuming it was including the overlay😫 got there super excited to be told that all I booked was art work and no overlay for £28 and that my appointment couldn’t go ahead😔 I was so confused how hard would it have been to add overlay to my appointment. No refund no nails!!
