They have a new Spanish nail tech here and she's amazing - great attention to detail and very professional. I was on the verge of not visiting this salon any longer, because some of the other nail techs had been pretty rude - one had taken a long video calls with her friends to chat about their plans and outfits for that evening while doing my nails, for example - but this new nail tech is amazing and understands customer service!

My appointment was pushed back an hr. The person who came after me was seen before me. When I was finally seen my slot was interrupted many times (a client even came in to have a touch up on her set during my appointment time) there was no communication about what was going on. My nail tech was lovely but the customer service was subpar for a place that looks so pretty & does such good work. The gems on my nails have fallen off after just 6hrs- I don’t even have enough characters to tell all!!!!
