The salon had to cancel my appointment as the lady who does Apres Gel doesn't work Fridays, despite Treatwell allowing me to book for a Friday and prepay for the treatment. Reecey Roos has failed to refund my money and won't pick up or return my phone calls. I have raised this directly with Treatwell and will raise it at Small Claims if I don't receive a refund from the Salon.
