I arrived at the salon and the two ladies there told me that the app has the wrong opening times and so they couldn’t fit me it. They had tried to get in touch with me but weren’t able to get my details from the app for some reason and the manager wasn’t there so I am waiting on a refund. The ladies were very apologetic but I still wasn’t able to get my nails done after scheduling and paying for it.
It was my first time at the salon.I had an appointment booked with Dom but was given a different nail technician. When I asked they acted as if there was an error with the booking. Roughly 20 minutes into my treatment a customer came in and asked for Dom. It was then that I realised that they must have changed my nail artist so that Dom could do the other person nails ( I suspect that this was their friend as they were very chatty). I was also charged a few pounds extra than what I was quoted.
