Firstly, communication at this nail salon is atrocious this is the 2nd time the tech I’ve booked with has not been available to do my nails. At this point if there is a problem with your booking system take it down and sort it out; it seems no one is checking the bookings properly. Try and match the booking system to your rota so that customers can get the person they booked for. 2nd time I’ve trusted this place for B-day nails and left nails less due to poor booking system.
