There wasn’t an option for zero stars so opted for one! Arrived on time, door was locked nobody around, returned 5 mins later, door open but owner not arrived neither had therapist (Nora). 15 minutes later owner arrived and a couple phone calls to therapist from owner, I was told massage wasn’t possible! What a waste of a morning! Very unprofessional.

I had made an appointment for a wash, haircut and blow dry for sunday at 11am, when the hairstylist only came in at 11:15am. During my appointment, my hairstylist was busy talking to other clients who were coming in as she was the only one working there and there was no receptionist. During my blow dry, the hairbrush she was using had dropped on the floor two times. The hairstylist was also taking on more people and not given them any indication of how long she will be.
