Very skilled barber, good communication, good satisfaction level. Paid a lot of attention to detail. I couldn’t find the barber wh I booked on app as it was near closing time, but I got haircut from “Ali” and he was very good spent required time, had a great hair cut, thanks to him and Alex.

She was nice butAppt was at 215 & I finally started my treatment at 240. The room door was left slightly open which made me uncomfortable as it was a waxing session. The Hollywood wax... she spread the wax horizontally rather than going downwards. Wax stuck to my skin, struggled to pick it off, which was painful. I don’t think she’s done Hollywood waxing before. Left lots of hair. Double dipping in the wax pot-bare in mind it was a Hollywood wax. She left bits out and I had to tell her to do it.

Got there on time, tech turned up 20 minutes late. Mani was fine, nothing special. Pedi was brutal, left with several cuts on my feet. Definitely not a relaxing experience and got charged more than the advertised price because apparently Covid has made everything more expensive. Wouldn’t go back.

I was so happy with my hair! I’ve been going to Rebecca for years, I was helped with choosing my colour which compliments my skin tone. Friendly staff as always
