I had a terrible experience here. I got a Hollywood wax, and they burned the inside of the tops of my thighs, and also gave me huge bruises. I then emailed the company and they called me back after three days and told me it was my fault for having sensitive skin. I have had around 40-50 Hollywood waxes in my lifetime and never had this happen, so it's definitely on their end.
I ve been looking for a nice place for so long , so this place fits the bill ! lovely staff with amazing and affordable advises.
