I had an excellent experience. Lisa was my therapist and she communicated really well about what I needed and what she would try, and asked throughout (but not all the time!) how I was finding it. Really relaxing and enjoyable experience, would definitely go again.

The ladies that work here are lovely, I have been coming for over a year now and would highly recommend getting any treatment here, the facility is warming and welcoming.

The pedicure was actually very good. Unfortunately the nail-polish doesnt work that well as they are (for some reason) forced to put on several extra coats, which take longer to dry. So even though I let mine dry for quite a while, one of the nails scraped off the minute I put on my shoes to go out later that evening. Also while teh treatment is very professional, I think the staff are not very friendly so teh experience could be improved.

My appointment was the last on the day so understandably the lady who treated me was tired. The eyebrows in the end are not exactly the same so i recommend being very descriptive on what shape you want and how much you want taken.
the bikini wax wAs more painful than my regular ( i went to the salon for the first time as my beautician is on holidays).
