Staff lovely, polite & friendly. There were a few hairs leftover, and the lady who does sugar waxing wasn't there at the time of my appointment so I had to have hot wax instead. I tend to react to some waxing and creams but find I don't generally have issues at this salon with the hot wax which is great.

After my wax I was left with layers of skin missing off of my legs! I have never experienced this before after years of waxing also I had a big patch of hair left in my ankle. Not worth £32

I had to go to my GP as the Brazilian wax had not just removed hair but also several layers of skin. I complained to the salon who haven't teplied and I complained to Treatwell, who also haven't replied.
