Lovely professional staff member, asked me all the questions pre-waxing and gave me a rundown of after-wax care after. Quick and easy underarm waxing done with excellent technique (been getting these for 10 years! you know when it's good and when it's bad), only small qualm was that there was a small patch of hair left & I wasn't asked to have a look to check.

I had a high bikini wax and eyelash tinting. Both done really well but the customer service isn't fantastic, nothing explained very well and they asked me to fill in the feedback form before the treatment. Definitely really good at what they do so, so would recommend.

A very good experience, the salon was beautiful and very relaxing. Was taken care of very well by a lovely staff member. Massage was brilliant and I felt I almost floated out when it was finished.
