I have been booked massage here for 3 times, the therapist is nice and friendly but at the end of the last treatment one embarrassed matter made me upset. After everything done I came to the reception as usual the therapist waited me when I told her I had booked that treatment online the money has paid up another stuff came to talk with a dirty look. In her thinking it seems like I did want to enjoy the treatment without paying anything. When I showed her the confirming email she said that appointment was booked in last day not today, at that time my mood was totally relaxed and feeling sleepy so I couldnt give her direct feedback to let her know I just confused the date not do it intentionally. When she repeat her questions again a violent impatience overcame her even she asked her colleague whether I can understand English properly! What is worse, she almost shouted at me to tell I should call them before to change the date. I thought it is their duty to confirm whether the treatment time suits to the right guests not after doing treatment show this kind of rude behaviour to me. I repeat my words many times to tell that stuff the money has been paid up but she said I was lucky becoz the people who made this appointment today was not come so everything done. Excuse me, what is the meaning of " You are lucky" ???? I am a legal guest who paid you to enjoy your service it is not like that I beg you guys to serve me. I dont know why this hotel can employ such a low quality people who could insult their client to work in reception ??? Anyway thx to Simrita she is excellent .Very good massage . Came out feeling stress free and relaxed.

The massage and spa itself was great. We booked a massage in order to have a spa day (it said we could use the pool, sauna....). The Pool area was a joke. Two deckchairs are not enough for a lot of people, Sauna was dirty, Steamroom did not look very hygienic either. There was a swimmimg course for young children which made relaxing in the pool area impossible (this is something that should have been told us before). We went there with three girls, it was a birthday present for one of the girls and we were very dissapointed. We guaranteed her a nice relaxing spa day and (appart from the massage) were less relaxed afterwards then we were before. It should be mentioned before that this pool area is not really meant for relaxation. Anyway, the massage was very nice and we really enjoyed that part of the day. Also the staff was friendly.

Lovely experiences. Very first spar but definitely not my last
Lovely place to have a massage. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hot stone massage was perfect!
I think the treatments are quite expensive here and the facilities (changing rooms) are not very clean. But the staff are nice and my treatment was fine.
