This was a wedding anivessary gift for my wife so i gave her the address only expecting that her details would be listed in the reception... Not true!
I had to send the confirmation details by email to her so she could prove the booking... Also the amount i've paid for it! They suggested her to come back the next day but she could 't as she would have to work...
The way she described:
Not really a SPA. Small pool with lots of kids and their parents around as an audience. There was a tub but wouldn't feel confortable with everyone watching me... There wasn't a relaxation room so i asked to stay in the room after my massage section but after 5 minutes they asked me to leave as someone else had book led a massage so the room... Left early as there wasn't much to do and as a last surprise £15 for car park.
I was pleased that Renata was my therapist again for my third hot stone massage. Not only did she remember my pain points but found knots in another area that I didn't even realise was an issue. Renata is very dextrous with the hot stones whilst also applying just the right pressure to relieve pain and tension.
This time, I looked around the "spa facilities", they lacked the real ambience of a true spa and felt more like a low level gym/ public pool. This does not reflect the massage rooms or service at all. I would only go back for the excellent massage experience!
I've had a lot of massages and facials over the years and I can easily say this was the best I've had. Martine was informative and easy going. I'd say the only flaw of the whole experience was the hot tub and steam room and changing rooms weren't up to the same standard décor wise, they seemed tired and in need of a refresh. Overall though, very happy and will definitely be going back!
