None of the staff really knew what they were doing, Had to repeatedly ask for everything. First treatment was over half an hour late, We were just sat in a waiting room not really sure what was going on. Staff could really be more accommodating and explain what's going In future.

Having the gel nails treatment was lovely but I have to say I didn't like the back ground music. The music was relaxing, but I started falling asleep whilst waiting for my mum to have her nails done then she said she nearly fell asleep while my nails were being painted. Perhaps save the calming music for the massage but maybe some radio for the nails
