The treatments and staff were great however the jacuzzi was cold as the overall temperature of the spa which is a bit of a shame. It's still very good value for money and I recommend it.

Arrived at noon and the spa was really quiet, which I didn't expect for a Saturday. Small pool but very pleasant, hot jacuzzi. Masseuse was very nice, the deep tissue massage didn't focus on tension in one area, instead covered whole body. Would of preferred more time spent on one area. Afternoon tea was pleasant but nothing special.

Staff at the front desk were really unaccommodating and unhelpful. Told us to just go and sit in a room for our facial which was delayed by over half an hour, No one came in to explain what on earth was going on and we just kept being told to wait which was using up our time in the spa which had already been reduced seen as kids can use the facilities during the morning.
Treatments when they happened were very good however and the masseuse and beauty specialists were very nice.
