The treatments and staff were great however the jacuzzi was cold as the overall temperature of the spa which is a bit of a shame. It's still very good value for money and I recommend it.
Arrived at noon and the spa was really quiet, which I didn't expect for a Saturday. Small pool but very pleasant, hot jacuzzi. Masseuse was very nice, the deep tissue massage didn't focus on tension in one area, instead covered whole body. Would of preferred more time spent on one area. Afternoon tea was pleasant but nothing special.

Liked how clean the place is. Make me feel confident that the facial is hygienic.
It's always a very good experience at Quad Spa. It's clean and relaxing environment, and staff are so friendly. Highly recommend!
