Excellent treatment and facilities; staff and therapist were all polite and the service was very good.
The place itself is great so is staff. I had a deep tissue massage it opted moderate strength since I haven't had one for a while and it was more on relaxing side. Also products they use are very good ones
Well received at the main desk.. promptly seated and introduced to the therapist. Good massage. Overall quite a satisfactory experience.
Though I had read a few bad reviews, I wanted to try since the hotel is close to my home.
The hotel is very nice, but I didnt have a chance to see the spa area since the manicure room is just next to the lift- a small room, nothing fancy. However, they had nice misic-sounds of waves, etc, which was very relaxing. As far as the semi-permanent manicure, definetely i was not impressed! They do a dry manicure! Personally i enjoy so much when i deep my hands on warm water before the mani-its so relaxing- such a relief! Unfortunately, they do not deal much with the cuticles. Just after i left, my nails had nice colour, but it was so obvious that i had no manicure at all-i had even asked the lady to pay extra attention to the cuticle area! One good thing is that she applied the colour nicely.
Overall, I dont think i will ever go again and i would never suggest the place for anyone who wants anything more than just colouring.
Surprised spa area so small and not near pool. Staff absolutely wonderful, cannot stress this enough!
